Recent NC State Grad: May 2022 graduate with a dual bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Mathematics.  This candidate just ended a five-month assignment working in the Accounts Payables Department where she was coding and entering invoices into Sage 300.  In addition, she worked on a W9 and filing project for the client.  This candidate is seeking temp, temp to hire or direct hire accounting opportunities in the Triangle.  

Paid Internship- Summer 2023: NC State Supply Chain Management major seeking a paid internship for the 2023 Summer.  This student will be graduating in May of 2024 and currently has a 3.77 GPA.  Her leadership experience includes; President, American Supply Chain Association at NC State, VP of Community Engagement and Career Coach, Poole College of Management. 

Accounts Receivable Specialist: Seeking contract, contract to hire or direct hire opportunities in the Chapel Hill, Durham or RTP area.  This candidate has assisted with the day-to-day financial transactions and recording of AR data that included classifying, computing, posting, reconciling, and batching of vendor accounts utilizing SAP software.  In addition to her AR background, she has strong customer service and administrative skills.

Junior Staff Accountant:  10+ years of accounting experience with the focus on accounts payables, journal entries and account reconciliations and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Her areas of payables expertise include processing full cycle, high volume, 3 way match, employee expense reimbursement and her software proficiency includes intermediate Excel, Great Plains, SAP and Concur. Looking for a 100% remote position in the Triangle.  

Accounts Payable Specialist: Candidate who is ready for contract or direct hire opportunities in the Triangle.  This candidate has one year of contracting experience with several companies that has exposed her to full-cycle, high volume processing and her software experience includes Oracle Cloud, Deltek Costpoint, JD Edwards and AS400.

Seasoned Fiscal Specialist: Ready for temporary or direct hire opportunities. She retired in 2021 from the City of Raleigh where she spent 17 years as a Fiscal Specialist with the focus on full-cycle Accounts Payables utilizing PeopleSoft.

Tax Accountant/Payroll Specialist: 4 years of experience in tax preparation and payroll tax processing.  She spent the 2022 tax season with a local accounting firm processing individual, business, C-Corp and 1099 taxes.  In addition to a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, this candidate is a Certified Payroll Professional  and is currently studying for the CPA exams.  She is proficient in QuickBooks, SOX, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, and ADP Smart Compliance.

Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist: Managed 500 assigned accounts, 10 key accounts with revenue between 1-10 million dollars while maintaining a personal collection rate of 85% or better above the 80% department goal.  Expertise includes A/R, collections, cash applications, order / data entry, and customer service. Looking for remote opportunities in the Triangle. 

Strong Senior Accounts Payable: 5 years experience in full cycle, 3-way match and high volume processing. Additionally to her payables background, she has a strong background in billing, payroll, reconciliations, and has worked with JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, Concur and QuickBooks software. This candidate is open to contract and direct hire opportunities as well as remote or in person settings.
