Paralegal: Rockstar candidate seeking a remote or hybrid role in the Triangle.  This candidate has four years of Paralegal experience in Real Estate with heavy client facing, facilitating North and South Carolina real estate closings, both cash and loan transactions.  In addition, she holds a Bachelor’s degree from NC State in Political Science.

Accounts Receivable Specialist: Seeking a direct hire opportunity in the Triangle.  With 7 years of experience, this candidate handles all duties in AR, credit, and collections within the corporate office with proven client facing management.

Attorney: Impressive candidate relocating to the Triangle is seeking a position in Family and or Personal Injury law.  He currently is working with 90% of case loads in family law and has a year+ experience in personal injury law.  He holds a BA in Politics and his Juris Doctor Degree from Charleston School of Law, with a UBE of 288.  This candidate is not looking for a relocation package and can move relatively quickly to the Triangle. 

Senior Accounting Professional:  He currently oversees all the fiscal activities for a prominent politician’s foundation that includes private, corporate and family transactions as well as Operations, HR and general liability duties. With a recent relocation to the Triangle, he will continue his role as CFO/Treasurer on a part-time remote basis, and seeking remote part time or full time opportunities in the area.  

Accounts Payable Specialist: Candidate seeking temp to hire or direct hire opportunities in the Wake Forest, Raleigh or RTP area.  She has full cycle, 3-way match payables experience working in MS Great Plains as well as large volume AR experience in a corporate setting.  In addition, this candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance.

Seasoned Fiscal Specialist: Ready for temporary or direct hire opportunities. She retired in 2021 from the City of Raleigh where she spent 17 years as a Fiscal Specialist with the focus on full-cycle Accounts Payables utilizing PeopleSoft.

Tax Accountant/Payroll Specialist: 4 years of experience in tax preparation and payroll tax processing.  She spent the 2022 tax season with a local accounting firm processing individual, business, C-Corp and 1099 taxes.  In addition to a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, this candidate is a Certified Payroll Professional  and is currently studying for the CPA exams.  She is proficient in QuickBooks, SOX, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, and ADP Smart Compliance.

Accounts Receivable / Collections Specialist: Managed 500 assigned accounts, 10 key accounts with revenue between 1-10 million dollars while maintaining a personal collection rate of 85% or better above the 80% department goal.  Expertise includes A/R, collections, cash applications, order / data entry, and customer service. Looking for remote opportunities in the Triangle. 

Strong Senior Accounts Payable: 5 years experience in full cycle, 3-way match and high volume processing. Additionally to her payables background, she has a strong background in billing, payroll, reconciliations, and has worked with JD Edwards, PeopleSoft, Concur and QuickBooks software. This candidate is open to contract and direct hire opportunities as well as remote or in person settings.
